* A public "No Admission Charge" event will require $400 payment to cover staffing and security. Legends fees do not include the cost of a D.J. A $50 rental fee must be paid for use of the house DJ system in Legends.
**For charitable, non-profit events held in Legends, no percentage of ticket sales is added.
Additional Policies
- Bands are ordinarily sponsored by APPS. University Funded Student Organizations (UFO's) are permitted a band once a year for a private function open only to their members and guests.
- When a band is scheduled to perform during a UFO sponsored private alcohol or non-alcohol event, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to cover additional set-up and break-down time for the band.
- Early arrival for event decorating in Legends is subject to additional staffing charges. Charges are based on $10.00 per hour/per staff basis.
- ASU Clubs and Organizations may reserve Legends for a Thursday, Friday, and Saturday performance no more than 30 days prior to the performance date.
- Alcohol is not permitted during public events sponsored by off campus groups.
