 Harvard

Beautiful, Dark, Intricate, Catchy; these are all words that come to mind when listening to Harvard, a five-piece outfit based from Charlotte, NC, a band that combines indie-rock with post-hardcore and pop sensibility. When listening to a Harvard song you can expect moving rhythms underneath swirling guitar effects and a female-esc vocal performance almost sweet enough for R&B. These are artists working together that know their instruments and aren't afraid to combine experimental elements that you wouldn't traditionally hear in a rock band. -www.reverbnation.com

Schooled in tradition, yet able to stretch out in jam band style improvisation, endowed with razor-sharp vocals, fiery instrumental abilities and a rapidly growing repertoire of well-crafted original songs and tunes, the Infamous Stringdusters are as fresh an addition to the bluegrass—make that, the music—scene as has come along in many a year.  -www.gactv.com

Drive By Truckers W/  Bobby Bare Jr.

Flaunting a mix of Southern pride, erudite lyrics, and a muscled three-guitar attack, Drive-By Truckers became one of the most well-respected alternative country-rock acts of the 2000s. Led by frontman Patterson Hood and comprising a rotating cast of Georgia and Alabama natives, the band celebrated the South while refusing to paint over its spotty past.  -Starpulse

Rebelution w/ Zion I & Tribal Seeds

Hailing from Santa Barbara, California, Rebelution has developed into the front runner for grassroots, independent and touring driven music groups representing the Cali-Reggae scene. Originally formed in 2004, members Eric Rachmany (vocals / guitar,) Rory Carey (keyboards,) Wesley Finley (drums,) and Marley D. Williams (bass) met in college, while residing in Isla Vista, a popular beachside community in Santa Barbara. It was there that the seeds to Rebelution's future would be planted-- and would instill their kick back, "worry free" vibes, catchy refrain, and optimistic, inspiring, and engaging music that would leave their listeners with the sense that they have the power to make this world a better place. -Jambase
